Sir,

With due respect we, the students of your college, beg to state that there is no literacy club in our college. We are very much interested in literacy activities. But we cannot satisfy this interest. So we have decided to organize a literacy club. It is sure that the club will help us to arrange literacy meetings, debates, seminars etc. Our English teacher has agreed to guide us in this regard.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough give necessary permission to organize a literacy club in our college and oblige thereby.
