I, on behalf of the students of class XI of your college have the hon-our to inform you that every year we arrange a study tour. This year we want to go on a study tour in Sonargaon, a place of historical importance. A study tour is not only interesting but also educative. Some of our teachers have kindly agreed to go with us as our guide. Now we seek your permission and some money for the study tour,

I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to permit us to arrange this study tour and sanction Tk.20000/- for the purpose.
