With great respect, I beg to state that I am a student of class XII of your college. My father is a teacher of a govt. college. Recently he has been transferred from here to Chittagong. Our family is also going to be shifted there soon. Besides, I have no relatives here to stay with. But I want to continue my studies in your college. So, I need a seat/accommodation in the college hostel.

I therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to consider my case and allot a seat/accommodation for me in the hostel and oblige thereby.
